For the last several weeks, the area i’ve really felt my body working on is my back, spine, hips. I have never had so much free adjusting, popping and cracking with just the simplest of twists on my part. When i lay down at night, do yoga or down in the floor twisting around on the foam roller, my spine has never behaved in the way it has recently.
This is so cool for acids to be breaking up in my back, because my eyes show that i have a lot of work to do in this area. My kidneys will filter better because of it as well.
Detoxification is like peeling away layers of an onion. The body picks when and where it’s going to clean and strengthen next.
I’m so glad i was open-minded and not afraid to experiment with diet elimination. My body wasn’t going to have it any other way though. I am grateful for my journey and how i arrived to this point.
